The Main Controller (UMC-117) or “Kitchen Controller” allows you to set the hot water temperatures in two-degree intervals within a range of 100 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit in the residential models, while the commercial models boast a range of 100 to 180 degrees F.

The Paloma tankless water heater bath controllers (USC1-117 and USC2-117) have been specifically engineered to ensure safety in the bathroom. Many tankless water heaters create such a strong rise in temperature that upon first use the user gets burned by scalding hot water, but the Paloma tankless water heater ensures that this will not be a problem with its bath controllers which ensure a comfortable and safe temperature.
